The crew are invited to escort a Union delegation to the Krill homeworld to sign a historic treaty between the two peoples.

Is this about the Krill, or modern American politics. Despite the very political nature of this episode it manages to include some cool chase scenes in a neon glowing city, somewhere between Blade Runner and Coruscant.

Things get complicated when the Captain finds he has had a child with the new tyrannical leader.
