Lift is a 2024 American heist comedy film directed by F. Gary Gray and written by Daniel Kunka.

The film stars Kevin Hart (who also served as a producer) and Sam Worthington.

Hart is a very unlikely action hero. And a funny as he thinks he is, not able to generate any charisma suitable for this lead. The co-starts go OK, although Sam Worthington looks like he has been carved out of a bar of soap.

Fortunately the dialogue script is sharp any witty. And the story just as implausible as can be expected for the genre. As always, the first casualty of the B-grade movie is physics.
