
Quiche
- 1 Onion
- 50 Grams Frozen Peas
- 200 grams Tinned Salmon
- 2 Rashes Bacon
- 2 Eggs
- 100 ml Cream
- 200 grams Pumpkin

Chop onion and bacon and fry in pan. Chop pumpkin and microwave until soft (approx 5 min). When cooked, add pumpkin and salmon. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs and cream. Spoon meat mix into oven tin with pastry on base. Add cream mix. Bake.
